Shipping policy
WRONG ADDRESS
We are not responsible for lost items due to an incorrect address. We will not refund shipping for orders sent to the wrong address. You can have your order reshipped for an additional fee.
Double check your order confirmation to ensure your address is correct. Please notify us immediately about any errors or misinformation.
You will not be charged for correcting your address before your order has shipped.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Processing: Please give us 5-10 business days to craft, package, and ship your order.
Business Hours: Monday - Friday (Excluding US Holidays)
All orders placed after 5pm (Arizona Time) on Fridays or before holidays will not begin processing until the following business day.
Priority Mail: Domestic orders shipped via Priority Mail arrive between 1-3 business days after processing. First Class packages arrive between 5-7 business days.
International: After processing your order will arrive within 4-6 weeks. Please be aware that The Delicate Fox is not responsible for post office delays or customs fees.
The Delicate Fox is not responsible for delays or transit errors after your package has reached its postal service.
