Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations

At this current time, The Delicate Fox does not offer refunds or returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days to discuss the possibility of a replacement.  If you'd like to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours provided that your shipping label has not been created. There is a cancellation fee of $4.

Exchanges & Adding to Order

We do accept exchanges. Please note that in this case an exchange means before the item has arrived to you. If you'd wish to add to your order, you can do so as long as your package is not in transit. Please contact immediately if your address is incorrect. If your shipping label has been created, and your address is incorrect, you will need to reroute your package through USPS or you may be asked to pay a fee.

Business Hours

Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am and 9pm. All orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will not begin processing until the following Monday. Please allow 48 business hours for email responses. Emails sent where the question can be answered in this section, the FAQ, will immediately be moved to the bottom of the list and answered after all other inquiries. For your protection, please do not inquire about orders via social media  

Processing

It takes 10-14 business days to process orders. Each additional item is an additional day added to the processing time (limited to 3 extra days). We will do our best to meet this time frame. Please allow up to 5 days before inquiring about delayed shipping. The Delicate Fox is not responsible for shipment delays by the USPS due to weather conditions, etc. If you believe your item has been stolen or lost, please contact USPS immediately. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Shipping

After your item has been processed it should arrive in 2-5 business days (Domestically). International shipping can take up to 15 business days.

Local Pick Up

Local Pickup is available at Glendale Community College (59th Ave & Olive). Email at thedelicatefox@gmail.com to set up an appointment.

Replacements

Please provide pictures of any damage. All packages are insured. In the event that your package is damaged you will be asked to file a claim with USPS or help us file a claim against USPS. This also applies to stolen items or packages. If your item is damaged in other ways please contact us immediately.
