SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Processing Time: It takes 5-10 business days to craft, package, and ship your order.
Business Hours: Monday - Fridat (Excluding All US Holidays)
All orders placed after 5pm (Arizona Time) on Friday or before holidays will not begin processing until the following business day.
Please note that delivery times have been severely impacted, and completely disrupted in some countries, due to COVID-19. We are not responsible for transit delays.
Priority Mail: Domestic orders shipped via Priority Mail arrive between 1-3 business days after processing. First Class packages arrive between 5-7 business days.
International: After processing your order will arrive within 2-6 weeks. Please be aware that The Delicate Fox is not responsible for post office delays or customs fees.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Replacements/Refunds are available for products that arrive damaged or defective. Otherwise all items are final sale for safety/hygienic purposes. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Our Botanical Butters are made traditionally and prone to melting in warmer weather. Our glass packaging preserves the quality of all of our butters and their rich ingredients remain true despite warm transit. We will not replace/refund melted butters.
We are not responsible for lost items due to an incorrect address. We will not refund shipping for orders sent to the wrong address. You can have your order reshipped for an additional fee.
Double check your order confirmation to ensure your address is correct. Please notify us immediately about any errors or misinformation.
You will not be charged for correcting your address before your order has shipped.
I THINK MY PACKAGE WAS LOST. WHAT CAN I DO?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace packages that have been shown as delivered. This includes packages sent to the wrong address.
