= Magnesium Chloride Flakes:  Absorbs easier than Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) for a deeper soak + it enhances moisture retention
= Organic Powder Chamomile Flowers: a skin soothing ingredient that has natural anti-inflammatory properties. It's particularly great for nourishing dry, damaged, and/or sensitive skin.

Ritual

  1. Fill the tub half way with warm water
  2. Disperse 1/4 cup Herbal Milk Bath under warm, running water
  3. (Optional) Add 1/4 cup bath oil or honey
